Last day....

It's been a bittersweet day and we are ending our tour on a fantastic final note. Hereford Catherdral was wonderful!!! The acoustics were great--the choir sounded incredible and there were three bishops in attendance including the Bishop of Hereford. We also toured the Mappa Mundi and Chained Library housed at Hereford Cathedral.

Sunday

Today we went to Brecon, Wales. The view was beautiful on the coach ride down, but it was quite cold when we arrived. The choir sang at the 11 am service at Brecon Cathedral then hung out together, eating lunch, playing games until they sang Evensong at 3. The people we met there were very warm and friendly. Some of us ventured out and investigated the small quaint town. Unfortunately, most of the shops were closed. We headed back to Moor Park and enjoyed a nice dinner and a very relaxing evening.
